Navigation in Touch and PaperWhite

I only have the K3, and have not had a chance to look at the new Kindles. I have a question regarding the functionality of the new Kindles. On the K3, the 5-way button allows you to jump from chapter to chapter (based on the TOC.ncx file). Do the new Kindles have similar capabilities?

Kindle Touch, yes (swipe up to jump to next chapter, swipe down for previous). Kindle Paperwhite, this only works for for Periodicals.

You can hit Go To in the menu, and then tap the chapter you want to read.
