See the first image of the validator msg I get. Look at the second and you can clearly see the file in the manifest .

Any help?

The message is clear (and yellow, a warning only)
it says YOU have an image file declared
AND you have not bothered to use it anyplace in the book :smack:

It's not trying to tell you the file is unmanifested. It's telling you the file is manifested, but that it's unused in the ebook: not in the spine, and nothing links to it. It's not really anything to sweat over if the book is as you expect it to be, and that's the only warning.

EDIT: dang... beat by 60 seconds. ;)
