Print page range in viewer outputs single empty page
 
I am using 0.8.38. When I attempt to print a range of pages, it outputs a single blank page. This occurs whether I direct the output to a PDF or a physical printer.

The operating system is Windows 7 Pro x64.

Am I doing anything incorrectly?

There is no way anyone can easily give you guidance on a version of calibre that is almost 15 months out of date.
