Amazon Preview "page limit"?
 

I'm making a children's book with forty-two pages. Every file is good, no errors. When I drag the opf file into the Preview app it is also good with no errors but it is only showing forty pages not forty-two. I thought children's books do not need a toc. Is this a toc problem?

Any thoughts?
