Find empty fields
 

Hi,

I would like to find any books in my library that have no comments so I can use a plugin to update this field in bulk mode. But I cannot find the syntax for finding the empty field. I tried several options like

comments:"~Empty"
comments:"~^$"
comments:""

But no succes.
Is this possible, and if so, how would I go about it?

Or use the Quality Check plugin, it has all these sorts of searches predefined on its "Check missing" menu.

I'll check out the plugin (just installed it) but knowing how to use the basics is always useful.
