Problem with bulleted list - Mobi conversion

I don't know if this is a bug or something I haven't set up correctly for mobi conversion.

I have an ePub book with 3 bulleted paragraphs in it.

I did an ePub to Mobi conversion. The Mobi book looks fine on Kindle for PC and in the iPad Kindle app but it looks like below on a Kindle touch.

However if I run the same file through Kindlegen it appears perfectly in the Mobi file on the Kindle touch.

Any ideas

convert to azw3 not mobi and you will get the same effect as with kindlegen.
