Finally I stumbled over this excellent Omnibus and converted it to EPUB.

V2: Complete new TOC, merged the Add-On
V3: Few new stories and futher improved TOC/Linking

Thanks for updating my old file and for including some additional stories. I hadn't thought about it for years.

You did some incredible work on this! Looks fantastic!
(On my downloaded copy, I updated the straight quotes to typographer's quotes.)
