New recipe: Opinión, Cochabamba, Bolivia

I have created a new recipe for the newspaper Opinión in Cochabamba, Bolivia. The RSS has some weird coding issues (mixing iso-8859-1 and utf-8) but Calibre resolves most of it. Unfortunately, not all. Before I try to resolve this I have sent them an email with a request to correct this.

It appears that they have resolved this issue, so now the whole RSS is in utf-8.
