The metadata are wrong. The author is "Unknown" and the title includes "by H. G. Wells".

Thanks for picking this up.. I'll fix it now and repost. The mobi version may be wrong as well.

V1.1 posted as v1.0 had incorrect metadata. Everything else is the same. Sorry for that.
