It is hard to judge without more information about the interface but...I am underwhelmed by what I see. The color is awful, the speaker look strange and the lack of buttons gives no alternative to touching the screen.

They are still selling the "Kindle Keyboard" and "Kindle Keyboard 3G " - same 3rd generation Kindle at the same prices.

The Kindle touch is US-only for now and the regular "new" Kindle is limited in some regards so they seem to be keeping the old Kindle alongside.
