Abbyy Finereader Spell Check Problem

I have downloaded Abbyy Finereader 10 but am having problems with proof reading. Error are highlighted in the Preview window but the Suggested Word window is blank.

There appear to be no dictionaries in use and none are shown when selecting View Dictionaries. The Language selection is English.
