Which firmware is the best?
 

There are a lot of alternative firmwares for the Hanlin V3. I am searching which one is the best.

At the moment I use open inkpot, it has a nice bar at the bottom where you can see what the time is, how many pages there are etc. And important, it never crashes.

I have used the Tirwal firmware before (I love the dictionary and the looks), but it crashed to often (once a day).

Perhaps I missed a good alternative firmware. Which one is supposed to be the best for reading .epub?

If you want to read ePub with DRM such as checking out of the library then you need a piece of firmware that uses ADE such as the one delivered by hanlin and most clones. There is also the lBook choice which has the same ePub reader but includes a version of Cool Reader that can also read non-DRM ePub and several other formats and has support for a dictionary.
