If you enjoy the sample, the other ebooks in the series at UofC are $13 each but you can find them cheaper as ebook at Kobo, Amazon and elsewhere for under $10.

I have downloaded the book into my laptop. But I am unable to open it with my Abode reader. The format is ACSM. How do I get to read this /or put it into either Kindle or Literati?
