Feature requested for the power bottom

The power bottom should be disabled when the eDGe is folded closed. And if you turn on the power when the eDGe is folded closed, there are some disastrous bugs appear. The screen will be locked before the booting processes are done and the e-Ink screen is disconnected until 2~3 normal booting. =(

It would be handy as well if a short tap of the power button would turn the lcd screen off, lock it, put it into sleep mode, what have you. I am so used to this feature on my Nexus One I've invariably turned my Edge off without thinking.

could anyone edit bottom to button? did not know the edge has a power bottom!!
