MobileRead Forums - EPUB Validation errors

Hi guys,

First off I want to thank you for reading this thread...and I apologies if this isn't the right section to post this. I already read a couple of threads but can't see any previous posts similar to the errors that I am having.

Anyway, here's the report that I received from one of epub validator:
