.99 for Brian Stableford's science fiction collection "Beyond the Colors of Darkness"
http://www.fictionwise.com/ebooks/b9...ableford/?si=0
Here are eleven stories of science fiction and fantasy by a master writer of the fantastic, including four pieces published for the first time. Contents: "Beyond the Colors of Darkness," "An Offer of Oblivion," "Enlightenment," "The Dragons Yetzirah and Alziluth," "A Saint's Progress," "Mens Sana in Corpore Sano," "Black Nectar," "Nephthys," "Plastic Man," "Aphrodite and the Ring," and "Danse Macabre." Brian Stableford has written and edited over 100 volumes of science fiction, horror, fantasy, literary criticism, and reference, among others, many of them being published by the Borgo Press Imprint of Wildside Press. He lives and works in Reading, England. Writings in the spirit of Clark Ashton Smith and perhaps Gene Wolfe, two writers I love. But these tales are a bit dense, less fluid, to my mind. Anyway the price is right if you're curious. |
Great price, I peeked on Amazon and it's $6.99 there.

Yeah this and the Joshi book I linked on another thread are regular price everywhere else. Not sure why they're so cheap at fictionwise, but they've been .99 for several weeks at least.
|
And $.84 for Buywise members. lol
It's now $.99 at B&N also. http://search.barnesandnoble.com/Bey...ian+stableford |
38 cents with the coupon!

He has a bunch of collections there - if they are 38 cents, how can you not?
I have them already though! :) |
The others are a bit more, but still good prices.
