html import remove userdefined Tags

Hello,

Ich have converted somepdf to html. In this html files i have some html tags i want to remove. Does calibre have an option to remove tags i defined?
Basicaly i want to remove some &npsp; tags and insert a space. I also have some <br> tags i want to remove.
