well its just a sticker. but the gist of it is that the guy thinks its something that could be made in russia. from the comments i dont know if its about the phone idea per se as much as its a conversation about "could russia actually make this" at a competetive price.

im probably way off

Russian President Medvedev asks for updates in economy and manufacturing sectors. The guy responsible for something says: That's what we came up with. This is totally russian product,which is being assembled in taiwan at the moment. At the moment this is prototype only so called 4g phone. No features been discussed. Might be just a hoax too. Time will tell us
