control of number of downloads
do amazon actually count downloads or do they count devices i.e. if I add a book to my kindle, delete it, add it again, is that 2 downloads used up ?, or does it only count as 1 because it's the same device ID both times ? if I add the same book to my kindle for PC app, registered to same Amazon account, is that another download used up ? |

It's the number of different devices that count, not multiple downloads to the same device. Kindles, Kindle for PC, Kindle for iPad, etc, all count as separate devices.
