I'm afraid not. Secure Mobipocket use the standard Mobipocket pid for your device (you have to register it) and it's different from the Kindle pid.

You can, though, register some other mobi device (eg the Windows Mobi reader), download the book for that, and then trivially remove the DRM for use on your Kindle. It should be noted, however, that this is not legal in some countries.

Ok, thanks for the advice. Means I have to find some method of removing the DRM. Don't think there is any problem in Sweden, we are after all the home of Pirate Bay.

It is rumoured that that you can enter as many PIDs as you want, separated by a comma, and the plug-in will automatically dedrm the book when it is imported into Calibre.
Sounds like a fairytale to me.
