Accessories Pics of Octovo Solis Light in Dark Room

Here are a couple of pictures of my new Octovo Solis light taken in a completely pitch black dark room. The camera flash was turned off. The only visable light is coming from my Octovo Solis. As you can see, the entire page is illuminated all the way to the bottom. No glare either. Last picture is the connector that fits on top of the Kindle. This is the best light I've tried.

I've been in touch with the manufacturer - they will be manufacturing a Solis light for the DX - but have no firm launch date yet.

Does the manufacturer feel the existing K2 Solis wouldn't illuminate all the way down the larger DX screen? The clip should still fit onto the top edge unless the bezel is thicker.

judging from your photo, it does look like it will be too much a stretch for the current light to cover a 9.7 inch screen, are the keys at the bottom line still well lit when you read at night? (it's hard to tell from a photo - as your camera will slow down quite a bit to get a picture like that in a totally dark room hence likely brightened the ambient light artificially over lengthened exposure)

The company rep who answered my email specifically mentioned the clip needing to be modified for the DX. He did not mention the area of illumination.
