MR slowing up
Hi,

I've noticed over recent days that threads seems to be getting longer to open, this morning I'm experiencing something like 30 seconds to go to the "new post" point.

Moving between the various sections, though, is as quick as usual ....

edit : submission of a reply taking 15 seconds ...

It used to be a hell of a lot quicker !!

Response times seem normal to me.

Are other sites slower too, or just MR?

I too have seen some slow-downs - as described by GeoffC - have found myself hitting the next page button repeatedly (thinking I missed it with mouse pointer). Seems to be more frequent for me at night (after 5 pm EST).

My firefox activity bar gets to about half way, halts for 8-15 seconds, then edges to 3/4 where it'll sit for a while longer - and then opens up .....

MR is dragging for me tonight. From around 5:30 - 7:00 pm EST - Firefox was actually timing out while going from one page to another. Other sites were loading just fine for me at this time (Hotmail, Amazon, Wikipedia) - only MR slowed to a crawl.
