Cool new to this stuff

hello all,

im in the military and deployed to afghanistan. i thought that a digital reader would be easier than carrying around multiple books. any tips or help given will be appreciated.

In Christ,
JB

Lovely!

Welcome to MobileRead. If you've got any questions, don't hesitate to ask. Which model Sony do you have? 300, 600, 900, 700, 505, 500?

Good to have your company, JB. Do check out the *Which One Should I Buy?* thread before making a decision. Much depends on where you are, where your device is registered and what kind of books -- straight novels or technical work -- you want to read. And in your job, I'd also consider a robust cover to protect the screen. They cost just a few bucks. Best wishes. Stay safe. Neil
