Hi,

I'm Mercedes3 from Toronto. I finally took the plunge last week and bought a Kindle. I debated like crazy about getting an I-Pad and I think I will eventually but I'm always hesitate to get first generation anything, so for right now it's a Kindle.

I'm just finishing my first ebook on it and I liked using it. I spent 4 months in Florida during the winter and it will be great to load it up for the winter away.

I joined the forum to get recommendations for other ebooks.
