GUI bug?

In the Library Pane there is a vertical yellow band between the scrollbar and the right edge of the program. Is that supposed to be there?

The yellow bands are visual cues that you can drag them out to reveal additional content.

The one on the right is the cover browser, the left is the tag browser, the bottom is the title browser. Clicking on the respective buttons in the lower right will accomplish the same thing.
