Given that you are new here, and that many people are rightly suspicious of an offer that sounds "too good to be true", I'd suggest that you find one of our regulars who's interested in a few $-worth of your certificates, and send them to him or her on trust, with payment on satisfactory receipt. Then that person can report back that you are indeed a trustworthy person.
