Butler, Smedley D: War is a Racket. v1 1 May 2010
This is my third hand made ePub book - the second was an attempt at a template which needs more work - and I think shows some development from the first. As always I would be most grateful for comments and suggestions on how to make the next one better.

Major-General Smedley D Butler was a US Marine who gained two Congressional Medals of Honor during his 30 years or so service, and spent several years after his retirement railing against the iniquities of foreign wars and entanglements.

The saddest thing about his book is that so many of the things which troubled him in the 1930s are still going on today, especially the profiteering and the abandonment of injured soldiers.

I recommend that you folks who are unfamiliar with Butler look him up.
