Thumbs up 5-STAR THRILLER - "Lotto: Blood Money"

LOTTO: BLOOD MONEY
by Ric K. Hill

Thriller/Suspense

A Gamble She Can’t Afford to Win

College student and part-time model Kate Miller enjoys the good life in Bayside, a tranquil beach community in Southern California. That is, until she encounters Len Thompson, a charismatic but troubled man from her past who buys a lottery ticket for her twenty-first birthday. After she wins the multimillion-dollar jackpot, Kate's sweet dream turns into a nightmare.

Convinced he is entitled to a share of her newfound wealth, Len lures the trusting young woman into his tenacious web of deceit. How far will he go in his efforts to seize her fortune?

5-star Amazon.com Review:
Quote:
An excellent book for an enjoyable read:

I loved the premise of this work: someone buying a lottery ticket for you then wanting a share of the millions after you win.

The author does a great job developing this premise, with powerful and lively characters. Descriptions are woven seamlessly into the storyline, something that most authors miss. The dialogues ring true and the storyline is very real and possible.

For anyone interested in YA Fantasy novels, I just published the first book in what is intended as a trilogy and I'd like to get feedback, no matter how brutal. Its title is Perception and it's part of the Wishing Box Chronicles.

In the book's world, each person's reality is shaped by their fears, beliefs, and opinions. It makes for some fun opportunities as a writer (like giant, deadly spiders attacking arachnophobes...). Hopefully people will enjoy reading it as much as I did writing it.

You can read the first 6 chapters for free at www.wishingboxchronicles.com if you're interested.

The Amazon link is http://www.amazon.com/dp/B00JF6TGFK.

Thanks in advance!
