Unutterably Silly Memorable OCR errors

Here's a thread where we might share the most memorable OCR errors that we encounter.

Today I've been finding the phrase

not e-book

instead of "note-book." It seemed almost appropriate.

But my favourite one, so far, is

She fled into his anus

which should have been:

She fled into his arms

I common one I have run across is reading tune for time. "There's no tune left..."

In my Penguin epub copy of the "Portable Nietzsche" there are frequent passages critical of "cod". (Apparently that fish is dead!)
