Water in my cup -- getting ready to go to bed. Prof, pnuemonia again? I'm so sorry! Take your medicine and feel better soon.

I had an interesting treatment on my shoulder at physical therapy today -- dexamethasone iontophoresis. Basically the corticosteroid (DEX) is "pushed" through the skin within an electric current. It's similar to getting a cortisone shot without some of the negative side effects of the injection. Hmm. We'll see. I don't feel any changes so far.

Good morning, all. Lousy night, I overdid it with chores and tasks around the house and my back wouldn't let me get comfortable. Sigh. You'd think at my age I'd have learned to spread these things out.

Starting out with fresh squeezed orange juice, and some Peet's Scottish Breakfast tea. Then going to go see if I can sleep a bit in my reading chair.
