Amazon settles antitrust lawsuit
Do you remember back in March of 2008 when Amazon was blackmailing POD publishers, and how one of Amazon's victims filed suit?

The case was settled yesterday, before it went to trial. The terms can be summed up as:
  • Amazon doesn't admit to blackmail,
  • Amazon pays Booklocker's legal fees, and
  • Amazon promises not to do it again.

what is going to happen when someone refuses to settle with Amazon? Eventually one of these things is going to reach up and put a notch in their behind because someone cares more about showing the world than taking the cash. And somewhere there had to be cash beyond the legal fees.
