You don't need to convert the file - your PRS-300 can read ADE files just fine.

If you've bought a book from an ePub bookstore you probably have a small file with a ".acsm" extension. This is not the book itself, but a file containing information about how to download the book. Double click it, and the Windows desktop ADE software should open, and download the book for you. You can then use ADE to transfer it to the Reader.

You will need to have authorised both your PC and the Reader in ADE before doing this.
