First eBook...
I've had my BBM four weeks now and I haven't purchased a single eBook yet!

No, I'm not pirating stuff, there are so many free eBooks for me to read. The fiurst eBook I read was H.G. Wells War Of The Worlds.

Being a sci-fi fan my first purchase is likely to be something from the Star Wars or Star Trek universes.

Now I'm wondering what everyone else's first eBook purchase was and how long it was after getting your eReader?

Welcome to MR. There are tons of free books available here on MR and other places. Google books, feedbooks, etc. etc. (check the wiki links).

My first purchase was Either "The Year of the Flood" - Margaret Atwood, or South of Broad - Pat Conroy (not recommended).

It was a couple of weeks after purchasing my first ebook reader - my Sony 505.
