The Jones family of Castle Marony in County Galway are in trouble. They don’t have much money and their Irish tenants are organising rent strikes, boycotts and sabotage. Meanwhile the elder son is in love with a singer, who is being sexually harassed by her impresario; the younger son wants to be a catholic, and both daughters are in love with the same man…
