just seems like a static page, with no ordering details, trying to find out the cost of a 360 and shipping to UK

Forkosigan is setting up business in Germany to sell PocketBook readers. At the moment his web page is just a placeholder. I think you will be able to purchase unit from his website in some two weeks.

The web shop is in german. You can try to order if you understand a bit german. Alternatively you could mail your request to the
info@my-ebook-reader.de stating
what device/ colour you would like to purchase
what is your delivery address and how you would like to pay- paypal or advance payment.
