Teleread contributor Ellen Hage posted a bunch of useful links to vendors offering battery replacements for your good ol' e-book reader (Gemstar, REB, Ebookman, Hiebook). On the downside, your refurbished reader won't get the same admiring looks from your fellow geeks like a tasty new E Ink device would get.
