PRS-300 Deleting Items from Library

Many of the free books I download from the Sony library I decide I don't need so I delete them from the library in the eBook program. That removes the entry but does not remove the file from the eBook folder. Some of the file names are the book title so it is easy to remove them. Others have names such as 12345_12345678_1234.lrf. There is no way to tell the book title. How do I therefore know what to delete?

REVISION: I found that by just double clicking on the file it opens in the eBook reader and I can tell what it is. Is there any problem with deleting items in the library after deleting them from the eBook reader? For example if the book has any type of security is it also being kept track of in another file?

No, there should be no problem deleting the books from the library if you have already deleted them from the Reader.
