Signature on posts?

I'm not sure where to post this, so I thought I'd start here. Apparently after enough posts/time/kudos/whatever, the option to add a sig to our posts should show up in the user cp. I still don't seem to have that option, but maybe I'm looking in the wrong place.

Any suggestions?

Click the "User CP" link at the left side of the blue bar near the top of the screen. In the "Control Panel" area on the left side, there's a section called "Settings and Options". For me, the second item in that area is "Edit Signature".

As far as I'm aware, this doesn't depend on one's "status" on the board.

Hi Alan, to reduce the possibility of signature spam we added the restriction that a new member must have at least 10 posts and be registered for one week.

I checked your user flags and you should be able to use the signature option.

I have 12 posts and been a member for 12 days and still no sig allowed

May I ask if this could be added to the FAQ - I went looking for it earlier this morning and could not find it - the search engine didn't help, either ... [found by Javed] ... thanks ...
