Downloading from MR

Sorry folk, but I am having trouble downloading from here. It seems to show in the Adobe Digital library when I open up, but then will not save it so that I can put it on the reader.
should I be downloading with the reader attatched, or attatch it when I have donwloaded. I can 't seem to work it out, if there is a difference?

For me, the easiest thing is to download things to a desktop folder "ebooks," then plug in the 505, open the device via "my computer," and copy the downloaded book into the "media" file on the 505. It skips the library software altogether.

No, Digital Editions does not have a way to add an opened book to its libraries. The only way is to use the save as option in your browser and then either use ADE to add it to a library or copy it to your reader using explorer.

Once you have the book in ADE, you can drag it to your reader from within ADE.

Downloading the ebook straight into your liseuse is the most direct way to download the books.
