It's put out by Hyperion (which IIRC is part of Harper Collins) in the US, but Random House is the UK publisher so would probably have European English language ebook rights. Have UK publishers done free ebooks at all?

All I've seen so far is mention of a physical book giveaway -- some deal in conjunction with another company to give them to their customers (in the UK).

You can get the PDF (in Dutch) ... that's a non-US ebook!
