Legal eBook retailer on eBay?
Does anyone have experience with this reseller?

Too good to be true? They claim to be a legal reseller and I've sent an e-mail asking for some info since I want to support the authors and good eBook commerce... The deals are really good and I'd be able to transfer some pbooks to eBooks.

*sigh* yes, it is the story of if it is too good to be true, it likely is, right?

Looks completely illegal to me. The whole Sookie Stackhouse series and most of Charlaine Harris's other work for $6.50? It cost me £5.47 for the 1st in the Sookie Stackhouse series from Waterstones (where are the rest Waterstones, come on, paying customer here!). Also, I've seen this particular Charlaine Harris collection floating around on the .torrent sites during my travels.

Looks completely illegal to me. Massive quantities of ebooks for amazingly low prices? eBooks that aren't available at other sites? No way is this legit.

Don't know. Coming from a publisher will obviously carry more weight, but EBay has to be aware of problems with this sort of thing.

This person is a moron. You do not show paperback book and audiobook covers for eBooks. There is no proof this person is 100% legal. In fact, more proof this person is a cheat and a fraud.

I took a look at the $37 auction for lots of eBooks on SD and there is no way this person could charge so little for so many current eBooks. The other issue is that we don't know what condition these eBooks are in. Some of them could be totally unreadable.


I did also report it.

Looks like they've made almost 300 sales of this stuff since January.
