No way to do anything while text to speech is active, even paused???

So you can't highlight, clip, skip ahead or turn pages while the audio is playing or even when paused. Am i missing something? Is there a hack?

That's because Text-To-Speech automatically flips the page for you. Otherwise, you may get interrupted during your highlight and adding notes

The TTS feature is primitive, at best. One would expect a "rewind" feature. If you miss a word or sentence, because your attention is elsewhere, there is no way to go back 30 seconds quickly.
