I want to thank Jon for running the nomination and voting this month.

Crap crap crap, I don't know what to vote for. I like these because it gives me the opportunity to read something new. BUT I just finished "Idiot Girl," and have previously read Tipping Point, Professor and the Madman (duh, I nominated it), and parts of Origin of Species.
I might watch for a while and vote when necessary

Seems to me your vote selection is easier. You only have to choose 1 of the 3 you haven't read. I'm still deciding too. BOb

But part of me really wants to share in the joy of the awesomenes that is the Professor and the Madman. Or, if it wins, I'll take the opportunity to finally read "A Crack in the Edge of the World" by him (I've had an advance reader copy of it for years).

You are welcome. I was hoping for 10 choices. But 7 is not bad really.

I knew what I was going to vote for once it was nominated and nothing else was chosen that I wanted to read more. I would have loved to have read The Dark Side or John Adams this month, but that was not to be.

Not if it's up for vote, silly
If it doesn't win, maybe I'll just beat people up and make them read it, and then start a thread discussing it

If the Origin of Species doesn't win, I'll just have to read it all by myself

Aren't we supposed to be able to vote for two choices? This is a single selection poll!

I think we do two when there are more than 10 choices.

Problem is that we either vote for one choice or we can vote for more than two choices. There is no way to limit the poll to just two votes.
