Users of online search engines ignorant?
Computer users are thrilled with Internet search engines, but that bliss may have its roots in ignorance. That was the gist of a study released this week by the Pew Internet & American Life Project, which is based in Washington, D.C. "Users paint a very rosy picture of their online search experiences," Pew researchers noted.

Interesting. I'd say I'm thrilled also. Not because search is perfect, but because it's light years above everything available before internet search, and because it's continually improving.
Liquid... please put a title on your items. Most people only read postings with a title that fits what they are interested in. Something here like "Most Internet Users Happy With Search Engines".
