The Nine Tailors (1934) In this classic English mystery, Lord Peter Wimsey finds himself stranded in the Fen country on New Year’s Eve, as a result of a motor accident. The local clergyman offers hospitality and Lord Peter finds himself involved in a case featuring bell-ringing, a mysterious corpse, an unexplained death and an unresolved jewel theft.
