Jones, Raymond F.: The Memory of Mars (Illus). v1, 27 Aug 2008

This is a short story by Raymond F. Jones, entitled "The Memory of Mars." (The cover art is representative only.)

Raymond F. Jones was a popular SF writer of the '40s and '50's (and also later). He has an easy-going style and wrote entertaining stories. One of his novels, "This Island Earth," was adapted into a film by Universal Studios.

I hope you enjoy it.

I thank you, Dr. Drib!

And so does J.R. "Bob" Dobbs.

Hahahahahaha, you got the allusion to J.R. "Bob" Dobbs!

Perhaps there's a little bit of "Bob" in all of us.

________

Thanks for the kind words on the short story.

I have a picture of Bob at my cube at work.

He reminds me, and all Slack-filled young men and women of Yeti descent, that it is our hour of slack.

Yours in Bob,

Donn
