How to run flash_reader.bat of restoreset on Windows 7 ?

I have the following issue concerning running the flash_reader.bat of the restore-set-1.0.04.12210:
- on Windows XP: running the flash_reader.bat works perfect
but
- on my computer with Windows 7, I don't succeed to get it run. It just does nothing after I enter yes.

Anyone who knows how to run the flash_reader.bat on Windows 7.

Thanks !!

You may need to right-click on it and "Run as Administrator"
