Maxims for Revolutionists (1903) A collection of Shaw’s aphorisms, which includes some of his more famous ones, e.g. ‘Do not do unto others as you would that they should do unto you. Their tastes may not be the same.’ ‘He who can, does. He who cannot, teaches.’ ‘Home is the girl’s prison and the woman’s workhouse.’ This work is in the Canadian public domain OR the copyright holder has given specific permission for distribution.
