Mobipocket Creator Woes
I have a txt document for conversion in Mobipocket Creator. The book is called Byte of Python, from byteofpython.info. The author inserted line breaks into his text to make the lines shorter and eliminate the need for horizontal scrolling. Mobipocket Creator takes this as permission to make an ugly, two column book. Anybody know a solution?

Rather than attempting to run the .txt version through Mobipocket Creator, why not download the single-file HTML, PDF or multiple-file HTML versions and use one of those. None of them have that nasty inserted-line-break problem.

Problem Solved
I figured out what went wrong, and man I feel stupid. Turns out Mobipocket Reader shows two pages side by side by default without a line in the middle to denote a page break... So it was fine the whole time.

It switches to a single page view if you make the window narrower .
