Can't convert the simplest HTML doc
I have previously used Calibre to convert Word docs into Mobi docs by saving the Word docs as HTML files. But now I can't do it anymore. I thought it might be a chapters or headings issue so I tried a test doc with one word on it, but no joy.

The error message show a permission problem in accessing the temp folder at u'C:\\Users\\Admin\\AppData\\Local\\Temp\\ . You might want to check that your user has full access rights on that folder and its sub-folder.
